This hat is knitted in the round, which is scary if you have never knitted in the round before.  I was the same before I tried circular needles, now I love them!  and the best bit about knitting in the round, no sewing up.  Yippee!  You start off on circular needles then, when there are too few stitches to use them, change to double pointed needles on the crown.  

Kit contains: one printed pattern and two (2) balls of Mirasol Hasa with a coordinating snap PomPom.  This kit makes one (1) hat.

You will need:  4.0mm & 5.0mm short circular knitting needles; set of 5mm double point knitting needles.

Mrasol Hasa yarn:

50% Alpaca, 40% Merino, 10% Bourette silks
50 grams 80 m/87 yards
16-18 stitches, 22-24 rows
Needles: 5.0mm - 6.0mm
Hand wash, dry flat
