International Customers are responsible for duties & clearance charges at their country.As of August 29th, the United States is ending what’s called the de minimis exception. Up until now, this rule allowed small shipments (under $800 US in value) to cross the border without extra tariffs or import duties. Once the exception ends, all packages entering the US, regardless of their value, will be subject to new tariffs and fees.
