Building in Colour is carefully designed sequence of patterns aimed at introducing knitters to the the wonderful array of stitches and techniques used in colour knitting. Each of the 4 patterns focuses on new skills and ways of using multiple colours of yarn. This sequential approach allow mastery of skills which then build upon each other in subsequent patterns. All of the techniques are supported with the free online video instruction.
Every pattern in Building in Colour will add to your knitting education as you learn to expertly knit with multiple colours. Each pattern in Building in Colour creates a lovely panel that is assembled into a colourful blanket - your own cuddly work of art!

You will need:
4.00mm 24" & 40" circular knitting needles
1,000 yards of three (3) different colours in worsted weight yarn (Choose a light, medium and dark yarn)
The recommended gauge is 22 stitches & 32 rows - 4"/10 cm
Recommended yarn: Simplicity by HiKoo, 55% merino superwash, 28% acrylic, 17% nylon; 117 yards/50 grams; 8 hanks each of three (3) different colours
