Superwash is a lovely machine washable 100% merino wool in light worsted weight. Soft, warm and easy-to-care-for – great yarn for any knitwear.

This yarn is interchangeable with Knitca Merino yarn. The only difference between these yarns is that Superwash yarn is machine-washable and Merino has to be hand-washed.

Knitting Gauge: 19 stitches x 23 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches)
Recommended Needle Size: 4.5 mm / 7 US size
Crochet Gauge: 14 stitches x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches)
Recommended Hook Size: 5.5 mm / I-9 US size
Care instructions: Delicate machine wash / Dry Flat / Do not bleach / Do not iron

As you can see from the photo, our Superwash yarn is brave enough to tolerate washing in a washing machine and drying in a dryer. This yarn doesn’t shrink, doesn’t loose its stitch definition and no fiber balls appear on its surface.
